Andryce is a speech-language pathologist with over 12 years of experience supporting children who use AAC and their families. She has worked across clinical, academic, and community settings and is the founder of Heart Speak Journeys. She believes communication is a human right.
Eloise Grout Koehler, M.S.Ed., MBA
(Co-Founder)
Eloise brings a blend of teaching, nonprofit leadership, and lived experience to this work. A former middle school science teacher, she has spent her career supporting mission-driven organizations. As Corbett’s mom, she brings a deep understanding of advocacy, accessibility, and building systems that truly support families.
